It's been awhile since we've heard, well, anything from Shawn Bradley. So recently, documentarian Andrew Jenks spent more than a year trying to track him down for a 30 for 30 short for Grantland. And while he struggled to catch up with him initially, he finally sat down for an interview with him. The result is the super interesting video that you can watch above.
In the 30 for 30 short, Bradley talks about all kinds of things. For instance, he talks about how basketball was never his No. 1 priority—and about how he refuses to apologize for it. He talks about what he's up to these days. And he talks about the time that he got fined $10,000 by a team (he doesn't mention the team) for refusing to attend a mandatory meeting at a strip club. He says that he didn't want to compromise his beliefs by setting foot inside an establishment like that.
The entire 13-minute video is worth watching. But if you want to hear Bradley talk specifically about the strip club meeting, fast-forward to the eight-minute mark. It might change the way you currently view the 7-foot-6 former center.
