Nobody ever doubted Isaiah Rider's talent. He won the 1994 Dunk Contest with one of the better dunks ever seen in the competition, and was a member of the All-Rookie team that same season. But that couldn't hide the fact that he had a serious attitude problem that alienated from teammates and management alike, and the shooting guard never played for one team for more than three years. Even Phil Jackson, whose patience for head-cases is well-documented, couldn't stomach more than one year with Rider.
