While you adjust to the fact that we're now in 2014, let us give you one last bit of weird news from Florida in 2013. Police in Tampa arrested a man on Sunday for impersonating a police officer. Jonathan Charles Stevens is accused of using red and blue flashing lights on his Chevy Tahoe to pull over an actual cop so he could alert him of a reckless driver. Stevens carried a badge and gun, and claimed to be an officer of the Department of Homeland Security

Stevens eventually admitted he wasn't an officer of any sort. He's being charged with impersonating a police officer, unlawful use of blue lights and carrying a concealed firearm. As if that wasn't crazy enough, this is the second time homeboy's been charged with impersonating an officer. In September Stevens was caught pulling over a woman with the same Tahoe.
