Mark Sanchez is having a rough 24 hours. Last night, he threw four interceptions during the Jets 14-10 loss to the Titans. Today, he lost his starting QB job to third-stringer Greg McElroy. And, now, the NFL is reporting that the Sanchize (safe to say this nickname is officially obsolete?) has been receiving death threats from an angry Jets fan on Twitter. They also say NFL security is working directly with the Jets to keep Sanchez safe.

Listen, guys. We know it's fun to clown Sanchez right now. Hell, we're even doing it! But, death threats? That's too much. It's not that serious.
