Michelin's Tweel has had some developmental problems but has not left us without a desire for tires that never go flat, last for 100,000 miles, and never need to be filled up with air. Luckily, Resilient Technologies has a much more production ready example being test fitted to Humvees. If the company has success with the military they're hoping to move on to the consumer market as well.
