Joe Freshgoods is collaborating on the New Balance 2010 for the very first time, and the Chicago designer has not one, but two, colorways coming soon.
Joe Freshgoods just unveiled his "Hand-Me-Downs" and "Bag Lady" New Balance 2010 on Instagram. The standout design element for both styles is the fuzzy overlay panels on the upper that give the shoes a vintage-esque look. The sneakers also come with multiple sets of shoelaces and removable JFG-branded charms that can be attached to the upper. Completing the design is an Abzorb-cushioned midsole.
"I wanted this project to represent the current bag I’m in, handled with care, stitched with love. Protected with cozy. minimal branding. sexy. Aged Well felt like the final album to the saga… this is my mixtape DVD," Joe Freshgoods wrote in the Instagram caption.
Despite the preview, release details for Joe Freshgoods' New Balance 2010 collabs have yet to be announced by either of the parties involved.
