Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA has signed an endorsement deal with Reebok, and he confirmed the partnership on Instagram yesterday.
The Grammy-nominated artist has inked a long-term deal with Reebok, through which the sportswear brand plans to use the artist to enrich its storytelling and connect with new audiences. As part of the deal, Anuel AA and Reebok will release collaborative product collections as well as produce original content and activations.
Up to this point, Anuel AA has released two Reebok collections, including his most recent "Sky Above the Street" capsule this year. When speaking to Complex about the aforementioned project in May, which included a Reebok Question, Anuel AA hinted he has something "legendary" planned with NBA legend Allen Iverson soon.
"As a lifelong fan of Reebok, becoming part of the brand is a dream come true," Anuel AA said about the deal. "I have long admired Reebok’s unique designs and iconic roster of collaborators who have never shied away from writing their own rules. It’s a special feeling to know that I’m considered a member of the team and that they not only believe in me but give me the space for unbridled creative expression. I am so honored to be a part of this brand’s legacy and help shape its next chapter."
In addition to the release of upcoming Anuel x Reebok product and campaigns, expect the rapper to wear Reebok moving forward.
