Wale is no stranger to the sneaker game, especially when it comes to lyrics.

The D.C.-based rapper just dropped his latest record, The Album About Nothing last week. For the cover, Wale and the album's executive producer Jerry Seinfeld can be see rocking original colorways of the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 6 respectively. The pair first got together last year, where they both discussed their mutual interest in sneakers. Once you get into the album the sneaker references are clear, with various bars on four of the fourteen tracks. Everything from Foamposites to Jordans and even some Reebok S. Carters can be heard as Wale spits about various points throughout his life.
