Back To The Future Nike MAG "McFly" - Original Sketches

We go back in time with a look at several of Tinker Hatfield's original design sketches for the infamous Nike MAG.

It all started way back in 1987. Mark Parker and Tinker Hatfield were called upon to create the shoe of the future. Confidently tackling the task, Parker and Hatfield brought to life a shoe that would eventually become one of the most anticipated Nike products of all time. Taking us back in time, we are offered a look at several original sketches by Tinker Hatfield, detailing everything from the power laces to the glowing LED panel.

Almost 24 years after it all started and to the benefit of the Michael J. Fox Foundation, tonight expects to bring us our first ever opportunity at a pair of the iconic Nike MAG worn by Michael J. Fox in Part II of the Back to the Future trilogy.

Be sure to stick with Sole Collector for continued coverage of tonight's official unveiling in LA.
