Each day since arriving in New York City earlier this week for Steve Stoute's wedding, Kanye has been bombarded by autograph-seeking fans right outside of his apartment. We've seen this sort of thing before, but it's pretty eye-opening to see just how brazen and carefree some of the fans seem to be.
