Minnesota Timberwolves' Derrick Rose debuts his Adidas D Rose 9 signature sneakers against the Houston Rockets during the NBA Playoffs

After a first look in December and another preview in February, Derrick Rose's latest Adidas signature shoe has been formally debuted.

Rose wore the shoes in-game for the first time last night during the Minnesota Timberwolves' nail-biter Game 1 loss to the Houston Rockets in the opening round of the playoffs. In just 24 minutes of action, Rose was Minnesota's second-highest scorer with 16 points behind 18 from Andrew Wiggins.

While the D Rose 9 features Adidas Primeknit technology on the upper, it lacks the Boost cushioning found on the three-time NBA All-Star's recent signature models beginning with the D Rose 5.

The Adidas D Rose 9 is expected to release July 2018.
