Yesterday's "Maroon" Air Jordan VI launch marked the colorway's first release in over two decades, but despite the built up anticipation, the sneakers are still available right now, straight from the source.

These Retro Remaster VIs aren't just a talking point because of their colorway, either. This release marks the return of O.G.-style "Nike Air" branding, something that hasn't been seen on this particular Air Jordan model since the year 2000. Furthermore, even the color shades, grains of leather, and appearance of the translucent sole were taken into account to make these as close to their O.G. counterpart as possible.

With all that in mind, it's pretty surprising that these are still available more than 24 hours after the release. As of publishing, there's a handful of good sizes of the "Maroon" VIs on Nikestore, and select retailers around the country still have pairs in stock, too. Call around — this one's worth the extra leg work to cop.
