Who could forget Michael Jordan's 1986 appearance on Late Night with David Letterman? From talk of Michael's early days in the league to Letterman clowning the Jordan 1s, the clip is a rare glimpse of M.J. long before he had his own brand. There's one thing that often gets overlooked, though — the flashy track suit he wore during the appearance.
Apparently, Jordan Brand has deemed the gear worthy of its own sneaker, as there's a Jordan 1 High OG "Letterman" slated for 2016. All we know so far is that the sneaker will feature a crimson red base with navy accents representing the collar of Jordan's top. While we await official imagery, @znseakerheadz has whipped up a quick Photoshop of what might be in store.
