Earlier this week, we learned that Adidas would bring back its Ultra Boost Collective collaborations this year. Made up of projects with clothing brands A Kind of Guise, Études, and Engineered Garments and retailer Kinfolk, the range includes each label's take on the now-ubiquitous runner.Â
The group's first release will come courtesy of A Kind of Guise with a vacation-inspired take on the sneaker. For this collab, the brand has uncaged the Ultra Boost and implemented a lacing system which wraps across the foot. Also of note is a wavy stripe pattern which fills in the knitted upper and a contrasting yellow outsole to tie things together.Â
The A Kind of Guise x Adidas Ultra Boost Collective will release exclusively from A Kind of Guise on Saturday, July 28 followed by a global release from Consortium accounts on August 25.
