Nike is showing the Philippines love once again, this time with the LeBron 12 Low "Rise."
As part of his recent world tour, LeBron James visited Manila this week to mentor young Filipino ballers who are finalists on Rise, a Nike sponsored reality television show. To coincide with the King's visit, Nike revealed the "Rise" edition of the 12 Lows which is color blocked in the national colors of the Philippines while incorporating several distinct design details. The emblem on the tongue draws inspiration from the Philippines Coat of Arms while the back heel pull calls out Manila with an abbreviated "MNL." Additional features include an icy blue sole and a passport print utilized on the inner lining.
The official colorway of the shoe is "Hyper Cobalt/Metallic Silver-Light Crimson" and carries a retail price of $175. Fans looking to cop can do so beginning tomorrow, August 22, at select Nike retailers.
