Paul George's Next Playstation Sneaker Is Releasing This Thursday

Nike has another Playstation-themed colorway of the PG 2.5 coming down the pipeline for Paul George.

Inspired by his love for video games, Nike has already released two other Paul George signature models that take cues from the popular gaming console. This particular pair of PG 2.5s features a blue mesh upper, synthetic overlays on the toe and heel, and sits atop an icy outsole. A graphic of the four-button layout found on Playstation controllers is used on the forefoot strap and heel panel. Other details include mismatched green and pink Swooshes on the side panels, a speckled midsole, light-up logos on each tongue, and special graphics on the insole.

UPDATE (12/24): The blue colorway of the Playstation x Nike PG 2.5 is set to release on Thursday, Dec. 27, according to Foot Locker's release calendar.

UPDATE (12/25): Nike has officially confirmed the "Royal" Playstation x Nike PG 2.5 will release this Thursday, Dec. 27 for $110 at 10 a.m. EST via the SNKRS app. Check out the official images below.
