Jordan Brand has officially announced the 26 recipients of its Wings Scholarship for 2018.

The scholarship program aims to ease the burden of incoming college freshmen from disadvantaged areas. The 26 students representing the Wings Program this year come from major cities around the country including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Portland. Along with financial aid, the Wings program also hosts mentorship and support organizations in various communities as well.

Each student will be rewarded with a full-ride scholarship to the university of their choosing. The students received word they were selected by receiving a special package emblazoned with a silhouette of MJ in his iconic "Wings" pose. Inside was a certificate congratulating them.

Since 2015, the Jordan Brand's Wings Program has helped over 200 students pay for higher education. Check out the video in the player below to see the reactions of the lucky students.
