Release Details for the 'Black Diamond' SB Dunk Low
Diamond Supply Co. founder Nick Tershay recently took to Instagram to give a closer look at his upcoming 'Black Diamond' Dunk Low collaboration with Nike SB.
A few weeks after dropping teaser images of multiple versions of a Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB project on Instagram, Nick Tershay (aka Nicky Diamonds) is back to give an even better look at the "Black Diamond" colorway.
The pair features a black leather upper and black crocodile panels reminiscent of the original release wrapping the toe and heel. Additional details include a removable metallic silver Swoosh, Tiffany-colored Velcro, quilted liner, and a Diamond on the tongue also borrowed from the classic 2005 release. The heel tab can be flipped up to reveal "Diamond" branding stitched in black underneath. Tiffany blue insoles, a white midsole, and black outsole complete the design. As a nod to OG SB collectors, the pair also sports the signature puffy tongue of SB Dunks from the mid-2000s.
There is currently no word of an official release date for either of these new Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB Dunk Lows.
UPDATE (10/30): In addition to the white colorway, Diamond Supply Co. will debut its new SB Dunk Low in black soon. The collab will release at a Los Angeles pop-up on Thursday, Nov. 8. This black colorway will then see a wider release on Nov. 10 at skate shops and online from SNKRS, while the white make up will release exclusively from skate shops.
