For a world-renowned brand like Adidas that has been around for nearly a century, the amount of products its responsible for creating over the years are almost endless. Thanks to Highsnobiety, there is now an exclusive look at the Three Stripes extensive footwear and apparel archives in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

The carefully kept archive space houses 80,000 pieces, 7,000 of which are sneakers, along with various apparel, media files, and even original design schematics that span across the Adidas timeline. According to Adidas, the collection on hand is the biggest sport shoe collection in the world, and even includes pieces from Dassler's previous Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik brand that predates the brand with the Three Stripes logo that is so familiar today.

Products in the archive space range from one-of-a-kind gems like boxing boots worn by Muhammad Ali to original pairs of classic silhouettes like the Gazelle, Micropacer, and the early '90s EQT line. Each is wrapped in acid-free paper and can only be handled wearing special gloves to assure preservation.

The collection was officially moved to its current location in 2012 and has since been visited by some of the brand's leading ambassadors like Kanye West and Pharrell Williams for inspiration.
