Snoop Dogg has been down with adidas for a minute now. Back in 2011, Snoop was blessed with his own Lakers-themed version of the adiPure basketball sneaker. And last year, adidas made him its first celeb sponsor to get a performance cleat.
It's clear that Snoop reps that Three Stripes life, but it looks like he was caught slipping.
On Instagram, Snoop shared a photo of the upcoming "All-Star" colorway of the Ewing Athletics 33 Hi and mistakenly thought it was an adidas product. He exclaimed in the caption, "Adidas I need these asap!!"
Snoop, you good?
In fairness to Snoop, though, you can't really blame him. Patrick Ewing was, after all, signed to adidas in the late '80s.
