The winner of the #ComplexMillion contest and new owner of a pair of "Red October" Yeezy IIs is 21-year-old Billy Banks, hailing from the Bronx. Complex TV had the opportunity to sit down with Banks to talk about the contest and to obviously hand over a pair of the coveted all-red Yeezys.
