The Kobe 9 Elite Low HTM is now available at NikeLab in New York (formerly 21 Mercer). There were three colorways that originally released in Italy back in April, and according to @DeadstockNYC, the "Multicolor" iteration is in stock in-store. It's not yet known if the two other colorways ("White" and "Grey") are available.
