An early image of the Nike Zoom KD IV "Lemon Twist" shows the sneaker sporting an assortment of citrus colors. The Instagram photo actually comes courtesy of Durant's father, whose handle is bballpop. An interesting aspect of the shoe is the "ripening" effect appearing on the heel and strap that fades from green to yellow.
