ComplexCon is taking over the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center this weekend and aside from the panels, celebrity appearances, and music performances, there are plenty of sneaker releases to look forward to. Like past events, attendees will have product releases that they can only get at the event.

Brands including Crocs, New Balance, Nike, Converse, Jordan Brand, and Saucony have already announced the sneakers they are planning to release this weekend. There are plenty more footwear drops coming that we’re not announcing just yet in order to keep some surprises for the show floor. In addition to the drops, there are sneaker giveaways that attendees can look forward to, specifically at eBay’s booth.

J Balvin x Air Jordan 2 Restock

Fans who missed out on the initial launch of J Balvin’s Air Jordan 2 collab in September will have another chance to cop the sneaker at ComplexCon. This is the second sneaker project between the reggaeton superstar and Michael Jordan’s namesake brand, and J Balvin used this collab as a catalyst to create conversations surrounding mental health awareness, namely in Black and brown communities.

SSStuff x Diadora Mythos 280GB

ComplexCon has typically featured a diverse group of sneaker drops and this year will be no different. Included in this year’s sneaker lineup is Barcelona-based clothing store SSStuff’s Diadora Mythos 280GB collab. The sneaker project pays homage to the opening ceremony festivities at the Olympics, with fringes on the sides for a wild look.

Matthew M. Williams x Nike Zoom 005 Slide

Perfect for the warm Los Angeles weather is Matthew M. Williams’ Nike Zoom 005 Slide, which will be available for purchase this weekend in the tonal black or bone colorway. The silhouette is equipped with perforations for additional breathability and Zoom Air cushioning embedded in the midsole for all-day comfort.

New Balance 550

New Balance’s sneaker releases at ComplexCon this year include the Marquette Golden Eyes-inspired 550 colorway seen above. Additional New Balance launches at the event will be announced this weekend.
