Last night, Nike officially unveiled its 2019 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection, designed by young patients at the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Included in the showcase was an alternate colorway of the Air Jordan 14 that isn't releasing to the public.

Instead, the very rare pair designed by Ethan Ellis was auctioned off for charity, which sold for a whopping price of $35,000 according to event attendee Kustoo, with all proceeds benefiting the hospital. Limited to only two pairs in existence, this version features a predominately white leather upper that's covered with water drops to represent the rainy weather in Ellis' hometown of Vancouver, WA. Additional details include '2 of 2' embroidered on the back of the tongue.

Although this alternate version of the Doernbecher Air Jordan 14 is expected to release, the rest of the collection is set to launch on Dec. 7.
