If December’s first release of the Adidas Yeezy BSKTBL Knit eluded you, it appears that there’s another iteration of the shoe hitting retail soon.
Per Yeezy Mafia, next up for Kanye West’s basketball-inspired lifestyle shoe is this “Slate Azure” colorway that’s expected to drop this spring. A first look at the shoe was recently previewed by Justin LaBoy on Instagram, revealing a multicolored Primeknit-constructed upper that’s offset by an elongated black ankle collar and matching shoelaces. Wrapping up the look is a reflective heel counter, a tan Boost midsole, and a solid blue outsole.
In addition to the first look from LaBoy, Yeezy Mafia has also shared several mock-up images of the new style pictured below.
According to the Yeezy insider, this “Slate Azure” colorway of the Adidas Yeezy BSKTBL Knit will be released sometime in May for a retail price of $260. We’ll update you with official details as soon as they become available.
UPDATE (06/07): Adidas has officially confirmed that the “Slate Azure” Yeezy BSKTBL Knit makeup will be released this Friday, June 10, at Adidas.com/Yeezy and at select Adidas Yeezy stockists for $300.
