The adidas Tubular is the latest in a long line of recent sneakers to get dipped in red.
For what it's worth, the shoe isn't entirely committed to that look, so the nickname usually associated with these sort of sneakers probably isn't appropriate here. The shoe has reptilian scales on the back-end that look like the same ones found on this SL Loop release from back in January. This second year of existence for the adidas Tubular Runner has had the shoe much more ready to switch up the materials, which is refreshing given how long it stuck with the straight neoprene look.
