The shoe sendoff for Kobe Bryant that Nike put together began today with Rory McIlroy's footwear at the Masters, which paid tribute both with its colorway and a special marking.
He wore a black/gold pair of the Nike Lunar Control 4, that combination being the one Nike's using in its build up to Mamba Day next week. What's more, the shoes have been customized to read "4/13" at the heel as a reference to the date of Bryant's last game.
McIlroy wasn't the only one with notable shoes at today's tournament. The always impressive Keegan Bradley took to the course in Augusta wearing a special pair of Air Jordan golf shoes with a jumbo "45" hit, seen below.
