Ronnie Fieg is delivering another round of New Balance goodies via the brand's hybrid 997.5 silhouette. This week, he quietly released the New Balance 997.5 Mykonos "Archipelago," a shoe still available online here. Following that he's dropped an on-feet teaser of another 997.5 with a similar theme.
Fieg is calling this one the New Balance Made In USA Mykonos 997.5 "Cyclades," its name a reference to the group of Greek islands that Mykonos belongs to.
There isn't any release information available for this sneaker right now, but if the rollout for the previous model is any indication it just might arrive without warning. It appears that the only heads-up offered on the "Archipelago" came in the form of emails sent to Kith shoppers who previously purchased Ronnie Fieg New Balances from the store.
This sneaker was first previewed at Fieg's Kithland show in September.
