If ever there was a shoe appropriate for navigating dystopic wastelands in, this is it. The pair shown is a creation from Australian sneaker boutique Highs and Lows, who designed the shoe (in collaboration with Adidas) to look like the car Mad Max drives around the hellish landscapes of the eponymous film series.
The Adidas EQT Running Support 93 "Interceptor" uses sleek black neoprene, tough cowhide on its upper, and all sots of details connecting it to the rig seen in the Mad Max movies.
Per Sneaker Freaker, this shoe will release first exclusively via HAL online and in-store at its Mt. Lawley location on Nov. 26. A global release of the sneakers will follow on Dec. 10 at Consortium accounts.
