Somebody Actually Made Crying Jordan Air Jordans

It had to happen.

Did you know that Michael Jordan of "Crying Jordan" meme fame has his own line of signature sneakers?

His meme ubiquity and his Air Jordans are finally united on this, a custom pair of Air Jordan 8s designed by Sherman Winfield & Andrew Weiss. The sneakers, spotted by Sports Illustrated, replace the standard patch on the tongue with one of Jordan's infamous bawling face.

According to Sports Illustrated, the duo behind this pair promises that more will hit their website, Crying Kicks, in the coming weeks.

For now, the sneakers don't appear to be for sale. It might be better for Winfield and Weiss if it stays that way too—Jordan himself has seen the meme and is OK with it, but a rep for the basketball legend went on record earlier this year saying they were watching for people who might use it "to promote their commercial interests."
