A known aficionado of the Nike Air Force 1, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is the recipient of yet another special make-up of the model, a tradition that's been in place since his first team-inspired release in 2014.
The Ultra Flyknit variation once again serves as the base for the concept. This time, the shoe is dressed in a royal blue hue that aligns with the team's pre-2000s uniform history. Black is the primary color of complement, the backdrop for custom logo hits and graphics on the tongue, insoles, and heel. 'RKK' (Robert Kenneth Kraft) lace deubrés are another personalized touch linking the design to Kraft.
Kraft began wearing Air Force 1s in 2011 to deal with increasing foot pain. It was then that his team reached out to Nike and asked the company to send over its most comfortable shoes. Shortly after, pairs of the Lunar Force 1 were shipped to Kraft and he's faithfully worn different iterations of the model since.
