Today officially marks the 20th Anniversary of Raekwon's "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx," a groundbreaking album by the original Wu-Tang Clan member generally regarded as one of hip hop's greatest. To celebrate the occasion, Raekwon, Jersey-based retailer Packer Shoes and Diadora have announced a "Purple Tape" collaboration.
Purple Tape references the purple tinted cassette version of the album, which is still a collector's item today. The silhouette and release date weren't announced, but expect that information soon.
Last year, Packer paid tribute to Raekwon's famous "Snow Beach" Polo pullover with a special make-up of the Saucony Grid 9000.
