Before year's end, Nike will celebrate the original Air Max's 30th Anniversary at least one more time.
Following this week's "University Red" re-release, the "Royal" Air Max 1 is on its way back as well. The runner, first released in 1987, pairs white and neutral grey together on the upper, with a royal blue overlay wrapped around the base. Available in somewhat limited quantities in March, this run is expected to be a bit more wide.
Pairs will release at nike.com and Nike Sportswear retails on Thursday, Oct. 12 for $140.
