According to Sole Heat on Feet, we'll find out very soon. A black-based Air Jordan 3 Retro Flyknit is reportedly on the launch calendar for Feb. 2018. The color description suggests that a "Triple Black" release will lead the way, with a "University Red" colorway following during the summer. Retail sticks at $190.
Photos of the Air Jordan 3 Flyknit haven't leaked, but with an early 2018 release, expect a first look shortly.
