After two years in the rumor mill, an original colorway of the Air Jordan 12 appears to be heading back to retail.

The "Varsity Red" Air Jordan 12, or "Cherry," colorway was worn by Michael Jordan during the Bulls' 1996-97 title run. It was last available as a retro in 2009.

According to information making rounds, this retro is on deck for Spring '17. Be sure to keep an eye on Sole Collector for a confirmed release date soon.
