in tomorrow night's MLB All Star Game, Chase Utley of the Phillies and Dellin Betances of the Yankees will debut a special make-up of the brand new adidas Energy Boost Icon cleat.
Inspired by the game’s host state and the ‘Land of a 1000 Lakes,’ Minnesota, the All-Star colorway features a water-like reflective print over adidas’ Damascus upper. Solar blue and solar red are paired together as a nod to the Minnesota Twins’ team colors. The sock liners feature nautical chart graphics and ‘Mid Summer Classic, July 15, 2014’ to provide a commemorative element for the All-Stars.
