Times have certainly changed in the NBA. In Michael Jordan's heyday, you didn't really see his signature shoes on unless they were worn by him, Bulls teammates and a few Jordan-affiliated athletes during his brief departure from the game in 1993-1994. Fast-forward to the current crop of NBA players, and it seems as if every team in the league has somebody lacing up Kobe Bryant's Nike Zoom Kobe VI.
Taking it a step further, some players are even using Nike's iD customization program to create colorways that match their team uniforms. Some of the standout players making their own Kobes this season included Denver's J.R. Smith, DeMar DeRozan of the Raptors, Washington's Nick Young, Knicks rookie Landry Fields, Dahntay Jones of the Pacers and Kobe himself. Even Rajon Rondo of the rival Boston Celtics has customized a pair, and has worn additional GR colorways in games this season as well.
With so many player wearing iD colorways of the ZKVI, we thought it'd be cool to recap some of the pairs we've seen hit the court. Check out some of the designs below and let us know which one is your favorite.
