adidas Forum Mid — Kanye West 

Date: May 10th  

Yeezy has always admitted his admiration for Will Ferrell's humor, especially Anchorman, so it was pretty dope when he made a cameo in the sequel rocking a proper adidas retro while possibly committing murder. 

adidas Rose 3 “Fresh Prince” — Notre Dame Football 

Date: January 5th  

Ugh, the game didn't go the way most Irish fans had hoped but at least the team looked dope in the Will Smith-inspired Rose 3s. 

Nike Air More Uptempo — Teyana Taylor 

Date: April 1st 

Like we needed any more of a reason to love the classic '90s kicks—Teyana just makes them look better. Nice jersey, too.

Nike LeBron X "Corks" — Wale

Date: January 11th  

The first few months are typically slow in terms of music and sneaker releases but Nike wasn't about to take it easy on your post-holiday wallet troubles—out the gate in 2013 they already had hypebeasts twitching over Jordans and LeBrons. If you're Wale, you get that shit a month or two early and watch the Instagram likes pile up. 

Air Jordan VI "Black/Infrared" — Scott Disick

Date: February 20th  

Lord Disick already had street cred, but when Yeezy started dating his sister-in-law the wardrobe changed from slippers to classic Jordans. #BeenTrill

Air Jordan V "Bin 23" — Victor Cruz 

Date: January 14th 

Cruz was salsa dancing in his suit and tie shit and "Bin" Jordan Vs before you even had the track on your iPhone. It's just different. 

Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel Lyte III “New York City” & “Miami Beach” — Don C & Big Sean 

Date: May 3rd 

Ronnie's sneaker releases seem to keep getting better and better each time but it's going to be tough to top the East Coast Project. Besides having premium-quality sneakers, it doesn't hurt having two of Kanye's camp at your pop-up shop co-signing the heat. 

Nike Air Max 2013 "Volt" — Jerry Seinfeld 

Date: June 13th 

Jerry's sneaker game already has a place in history thanks to the show about nothing and even years later he is still killing trends by pairing Volt Nikes and blazers. King. 

Jeremy Scott x adidas Wings 2.0 “Totem”— A$AP Rocky 

Date: February 13th 

Rocky wasn't kidding when he said clothes getting weirder and Jeremy Scott has always been his go-to move even when he is sitting first row at fashion week. You have to respect any artist that actually lives it how he spits it. 

Nike LeBron X “Ironman 3” Custom by Mache — LeBron James  

Date: June 5th

Around the All-Star break we got a look at a highly anticipated custom job Mache did for LeBron and with the Heat's season in jeopardy King James broke out the dope one-of-ones to prepare for war in the NBA Finals. Battle tested, Tony Stark approved. 

Air Jordan XX8 "Black/Electric Green" — Macklemore 

Date: February 8th 

There was no debating the quality of the Air Jordan XX8 as a basketball shoe but not everyone was feeling the military boot design and few though they could work off the court. Macklemore was just breaking every rule in 2013 and he certainly did pull this look off at the thrift shop. #Influencer

Air Jordan I “Black/Red” — A$AP Rocky & Chanel Iman 

Date: February 7th 

We don't really care if A$AP is dating her or not, the fact that she is thug lovin' him enough to rock matching Js makes him king and her a down-ass chick. 

Air Jordan V "Laney" — Wale 

Date: May 6th 

Man, just Wale being Wale and stunting that endless closet of Jordans and other crack that you would have to pay four or five bills to get now. Or wait for the re-retro.

Air Jordan I “Black/Royal Blue” — Jay-Z 

Date: March 9th 

Jay's Jordan game has always been on point, but when you're on the hottest single and you keep it street by pairing your suit and tie with Jordans on SNL—#NewRules.

adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott Wings 2.0 “Stars & Stripes” — Nick Cannon

Date: February 15th  

Just about as impressive foolish as Nate in Yeezy IIs was Nick Cannon rocking Jeremy Scott's ode to America in sneaker form on the court for the Celebrity All-Star Game. This is bound to get brought up on Wildin' Out when it comes back for two episodes and gets cancelled. 

Air Jordan V "Grape" — Richard Hamilton

Date: April 24th 

You think your connect is good? How about a few dozen pairs deep weeks before they release without even spending a dollar? Yeah, Rip knows people. When Mike picks you to be one of the faces of the company, you're set for life. Ask Juwan Howard.

Nike LeBron X Low “Championship” — LeBron James 

Date: June 24th 

Within seconds of winning his second title Nike rolled out the whole campaign celebrating the King's accomplishment, including a look at his "Championship" Pack LeBron Xs. James rocked the joints to the team parade. No info on how you can get your hands on them quite yet, but expect it to be as tough as beating the Heat in seven. 

Air Jordan V "White/Fire Red-Black" — Rick Ross

Date: April 16th  

Shortly after Ross was dropped by Reebok over some unfortunate lyrics, the bawse showed up on the back of a lavish whip in one of the greatest pair of Jordan's kicks.

Air Jordan IV “Wu-Tang” Custom — Ghostface Killah 

Date: April 4th 

We know these are really just glorified "Thunder" IVs, but Ghostface reigns supreme just like Mike even after 20 years in the game. Wu-Tang is forever.  

Nike Air Mag — Jackson Lee

Date: February 24th 

How do you stunt when your dad has his own Jordan signature series and is, you know, Mars Blackmon? Rock Nike Air Mags courtside at a Knicks' game. The kid is coming up. 

Air Jordan V “Tokyo 23” — Russell Westbrook 

Date: February 15th  

Dude has already been roasted enough by his colleagues over this look but you can't deny this is the direction Jordans and style are going in. 

Nike Air Zoom Generation — Andrew Hawkins 

Date: May 24th 

Cincinatti Bengals' fan favorite Andrew Hawkins is soon to be your favorite celebrity sneakerhead too. This dude isn't hypebeasting over new releases like most, breaking out OG heat weekly to prove he knows whats up. The custom red Yeezy IIs were dope but the OG "LeBron Is" were even more impressive. Get familiar. 

Nike Air Yeezy II “Solar Red” — Nate Robinson

Date: March 6th 

Rappers, actors, and other athletes definitely took notice when Nate laced up in the "Solar Red" Yeezy IIs for a quarter against the Spurs. We're sure that he has an extra pair or two so he ain't got not worries, but how the hell do you top that next season? 

Air Jordan III Python by JBF Customs — Wale

Date: June 2nd 

People may have mixed emotions about the music but it's pure hate if you can't crown Wale one of the biggest and most pure sneaker kings in the game—not just amongst celebs, either. Instead of waiting for new heat to come his way, he creates it via the hottest new custom genius, Jake Ferrato. Most of the time messing with a classic is usually going to result in mad slander but the two cooked up a great remix to one of the best shoes of all time, just in time for Summer Jam. 

Nike Air Yeezy II "Red/Red" — Kanye West 

Date: May 18th 

After game six of the Knicks/Pacers series, talk started on social media that 'Ye had more up his sleeve for Saturday Night Live than new tracks from Yeezus. Within minutes, everyone down with the Kardashian clan Instagrammed a sneak-peek of the album and an all-red pair of Yeezy IIs that had been rumored for a while. We didn't get a clean look at them during his musical performances but during the end credits we caught a glimpse of the unreleased Yeezy IIs, live from New York.
