
Now that we're past Memorial Day, June signifies a month-long celebration for the LGBTQ community, the NBA Finals and the true beginning of summer.
Nike is celebrating Pride Month with "Be True" sneakers—a collection of sneakers that include the Air VaporMax, Flyknit Racers, Pegasus 34 and Cortez. Adidas is also getting in on the celebration with the "Pride" Pack, which includes the Ultra Boost, Crazy Explosive Low, EQT Support ADV and Superstar.
The Swoosh is dropping a plethora of Nike Cortezes with Long Beach, Compton, Oregon-themed pairs as well as the "Jewel" Pack and the original colorway popularized by Forrest Gump.
Nike is releasing the LeBron Soldier XI "Court General" as LeBron takes the stage in his seventh NBA Finals appearance.
Jordan Brand makes the list with the Air Jordan VII "Pure Platinum," a clean and simple sneaker perfect for the summer.
This weekend's collaborations come by way of the Adidas Yeezy Powerphase Calabasas and the Kith x Adidas Soccer Program—a six-pair collection ranging from sneakers to cleats.

Nike 2017 "Be True" Collection

What You Need to Know: Nike celebrates this year's Pride Month with the return of the "Be True" theme. The four-sneaker collection includes the VaporMax, Flyknit Racer, Pegasus 34 and Cortez. While each sneaker has its unique design, a rainbow colorway is incorporated in to represent the original Pride Flag.



Nike Air VaporMax "Day to Night" Pack

What You Need to Know: There's never a bad time to get a good run in and the Nike Air VaporMax "Day to Night" Pack represents that. Inspired by the shades of the sky throughout the day from dawn to dusk, the collection includes three sneakers for men and three sneakers for women. The men's pairs feature tonal shades of blue, while the women's pairs use purple.

Nike Cortez Basic Nylon

What You Need to Know: The Nike Cortez is known to be a West Coast sneaker and the Swoosh is showing two California cities some love with the silhouette. Long Beach gets a royal blue and white colorway, while Compton gets a black and white colorway. Each pair features gold accents on the heel with the respective city's name.

What You Need to Know: In addition to California-themed Cortezes, the old school runner is also coming in Oregon colorways for men and women. The men's pair uses a combination of yellow nylon and suede on the upper, while green accents are incorporated into the midsole, Swoosh and heel. The women's pair is the opposite—a green nylon and suede upper with yellow accents.

What You Need to Know: Adidas is also celebrating the LGBTQ community this month with its "Pride" Collection. With options that include running, basketball and lifestyle, there's a pair for almost everybody.

What You Need to Know: Ronnie Fieg and Adidas Soccer are teaming up for six different styles varying from cleats to sneakers. Broken into two parts, the collection includes the "Cobra" Pack and the "Flamingo" Pack. Inspired by Copa heritage, the "Cobra" Pack includes the Copa Mundial Turf Trainer, Copa Mundial 17 Ultra Boost and Copa Mundial 17 Cleat. The "Flamingo" Pack includes the ACE 16+ Purecontrol Ultra Boost, the ACE Tango 17.1 Purecontrol Turf Trainer, and the ACE 17+ Cleat.

What You Need to Know: Nike is following up the Cortez "Jewel" Pack with an identical pack of Air Max 1s. With simple white leather upper, the Nike Air Max 1 Premium Jewel Pack feature accented tongue tags, Swooshes, Air Max units, and heel branding in red and black variations. The "Rare Ruby" colorway features a semi-translucent white outsole, while the "Black Diamond" pair uses a semi-translucent black outsole.
