Nike has a rich history in footwear and after being in business for more than 50 years, the brand has accrued quiet the archive of sneakers. Originally named Blue Ribbon Sports, Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight's company has remained deeply rooted in running for wear, even after the name change to Nike in 1971. In an exclusive inside look, Coveteur gained access to Nike's vault to unveil what's really inside.

Located at Nike Headquarters in Portland, Oregon, the Department of Nike Archives is tucked away in a super secret warehouse and houses a thorough collection of sneakers representing the lineage since its beginning days. The DNA includes Bill Bowerman's original waffle trainer, Nike's latest adaptive power lacing technology found on the HyperAdapt 1.0, and literally everything Swoosh-related in between.
