How Early is Too Early to Start Wearing Signature Sneakers?

How early is too early to start your signature sneaker collection? That's the question that has to be asked after Nike released this "Blue Volt" pair of Nike Kyrie 1s that are currently only available in toddler sizes.

The last time we checked, not many toddlers are playing basketball yet. So the question has to be asked, why would you shell out $52 for a pair of shoes that'll be outgrown faster than they can count to three? Unless there is a toddler out there with a first step as fast as Kyrie's we see these as a pointless purchase. But then again, we guess it's never a bad idea to get a leg up on the competition in terms of starting your sneaker collection. Like they say, you might as well teach them while they're young.

Check out this itty-bitty Nike Kyrie 1 in the gallery above and head over to City Gear to cop a pair for $52 in case you happen to know any toddlers running the point.
