Packer Shoes Officially Unveils Its adidas Originals EQT Collab

The LCD screen-equipped Micropacer from adidas returned last weekend for its 30th anniversary, and even serves as the inspiration for Packer Shoes' upcoming collaboration. Using the EQT Running Support '93 as the base, the New Jersey retailer takes the exact color scheme from the Micropacer and applies it to the Equipment runner.

The sneaker features a metallic silver leather upper, grey suede along the toebox, and a contrasting blue and black combo on its heel panel and Three Stripes branding. There's a color-blocked Torsion midsole with a striking red accent color towards the rear. The Micropacer theme is finished off with custom lace jewels branded with "1984" and "2014" to commemorate the model's 30 years in the game.

The sneakers will launch next Friday, August 29, at 12 p.m. noon EST exclusively at Packer Shoes, in-store and online. Retail is $140.
