Kanye West's influence on fashion and sneaker culture is basically unfuckwittable. No other artist has sparked as many trends as 'Ye and the dude probably has the ability to outsell the average athlete when it comes to footwear. It's this level of unmatched influence that Kanye brings to the table that many believe will help take adidas to another level.
Speaking on Kanye, Pharrell, and Nigo, adidas designer Robbie Fuller told Sneaker Watch that he expects big things from the bunch that will influence the entire brand. "Those are massive creative geniuses that have a lot of influence on culture," Fuller said. "From the things I've seen, they're bringing really exciting things to the brand and those ripple effects, I'm sure, will be felt throughout all the products we make."
Fuller even goes on to say that he wants his relationship with Kanye to be that of teammates, working together to create great products.
The Kanye West x adidas collab is expected to launch spring 2015.
