It's hard to believe it, but 2016 is just around the corner in terms of Olympic planning. Reported today by Grazia, Stella McCartney will again take charge of the British uniforms for the Summer Games, having held the role of Great Britain's Creative Director for London Games in 2012.
Partnered with adidas since 2005 for her collaborative collection, Stella will work with the German brand to create over 900 looks for the event including apparel and footwear.
Though she faced criticism for including only red accents in the uniforms (one of the three national colors as shown in the Union flag), her 2012 work was an overall success as the Brits took home 29 gold medals, 17 silver and 19 bronze for a total of 65 medals, making this the most successful Olympics for the nations since 1908.
We can't wait to see what she dreams up for Rio. Stay tuned!
