Kanye West has purchased a home across the street from his Kim Kardashian, according to the real estate outlet Dirt, as well as British tabloid the Daily Mail.
West is said to have purchased the Hidden Hills estate for $4.5 million, which is $421,000 over its original listing price. The single-story ranch is nestled right next to Kardashian’s massive estate and features four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and about 3,600 square feet of land.
Back in September, West bought another house in Malibu for a staggering $57.3 million that is about a 30-minute drive from Kardashian’s home. According to TMZ, the new crib was originally listed last year for $75 million, so West actually got it for a steal. The home’s minimalist layout is also more aligned with the artist’s specific architectural taste. Per Dirt, the home was “curated” by the acclaimed Japanese designer Tadao Ando.
Amid the house hunting that Ye has been doing over the last few months, it still looks like Kim is actively dating comedian Pete Davidson. The two were spotted on a movie date in Staten Island a few weeks ago.
Kardashian also filed to become legally single at the beginning of December amid her divorce from West.
