'Solo: A Star Wars Story' Gives World Its First Donald Glover Lego

Tragically, 'Atlanta'-themed toys do not exist. Let's get on that.

Thanks to Solo: A Star Wars Story, a Donald Glover Lego minifigure now exists.

To mark the latest standalone Star Wars entry's release, Lego is dropping the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon set. Teased by TheHollywood Reporter with appropriate aplomb Wednesday, the set is 1,414 pieces strong and will only set you back a totally fair $170. The Kessel Run package features Lego-ized versions of Alden Ehrenreich's Han Solo, Glover's Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke's Qi'ra, a droid, and two more characters that aren't able to be revealed ahead of the film’s release.

We finally got a proper Solo trailer last week, though—welcomed shots of Ehrenreich and Glover doing Star Wars stuff aside—it didn't unveil very much. Jon Kasdan, who penned the film's script with his father (and Empire Strikes Back/The Force Awakens writer) Lawrence Kasdan, recently revealed that Solo's cinematic inspirations include Heat, Treasure Island, and The Big Lebowski. "[Solo] has that flavor of a crime world that has weirdness and surprise and people stumbling into things—and other people very intentionally getting into [trouble]," Jon toldEntertainment Weekly. With Solo, he added, the tone is "more off-kilter" than previous Star Wars films.

As you know by now, the Rogue One followup endured some rocky press after the departure of original directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Notably, the two previously helmed The Lego Movie with great success. New director Ron Howard, Glover later said at a TCA event for Atlanta, "wanted us to be comfortable with our vision" when he inherited the production.
