In honor of one titan of infantile stupidity — Rick Perry — challenging such stupidity's arguable reigning champion — Donald Trump — to a fittingly arbitrary pull-up competition, let's play a joyous little game called Trump or Perry: Selections from a History of Stupidity. In 2014, one of these definitely-not-kidding individuals made the following remark regarding same-sex marriage and the LGBT community at large:

Of course, such quotes are but a (very) small sampling of a history of brazen dumbness — hopefully reaching some sort of peak with this theoretical pull-up match. Speaking to the Yale Club (sigh), Perry suggested the face-off in response to Trump's request that Perry be subjected to an IQ test prior to the forthcoming Republican debates. "Let's get a pull-up bar out there," Perry told the also-definitely-not-kidding Yale Club audience. "Let's see who can do the most pull-ups."
Thus, another day passes with radio silence from fellow candidateDeez Nuts.
