Kylie Jenner has filed a restraining order against a man who allegedly hiked through a gated community and made it to her driveway.

According to E! News, Jenner filed a restraining order Tuesday against the man, who is said to have "knocked aggressively" and claimed that he was on the property to pay a visit to Jenner. At the time, the man in question was quickly taken off the property by a security guard and ultimately arrested.

"I have suffered and continue to suffer emotional distress . . . I have a young child and also fear for her safety," Jenner reportedly said in court documents related to the restraining order, which requires the man to stay at least 100 yards away from Jenner, her property, her offices, and her vehicle.

In a separate report from TMZ, the man is said to have been "under the influence" at the time of the arrest. He was later charged with two counts, including misdemeanor trespass by driving onto private property and a felony for contraband.

Also this week, it was reported that a woman has come forward with claims of already owning the rights to Jenner's recently popular Rise and Shine catchphrase. New Jersey businessperson Cathy Beggan, per The Blast, says she is the rightful owner of the trademark and alleged that Jenner is currently using the phrase "without the legal license or permission to do so." Furthermore, Beggan argued, some sort of compensation should be occurring.
