The long and winding road that is (was?) the Kylie Jenner and Tyga romance has continued to surprise us with seemingly impossible plot twists. But what did Kim Kardashian think of all the Hitchcockian developments? The recent Webby winner finally opened up about the romance in a new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, confirming the awkwardness was just as palpable as we all assumed.
"I understand that Kylie dating Tyga completely broke Blac Chyna's heart," the alleged secret agent told Kourtney and Khloé. "I feel for her in that situation. Was it uncomfortable for me when Kylie and Tyga started to date? Absolutely. Chyna was my friend but I had no choice but to take my sister’s side. That's my sister."
The revelation came as Kim recalled a particularly awkward phone conversation she had with her brother Rob. According to Kim, Rob dipped out during a call and left Kim on the line with Chyna. "So I go, 'OK gotta go bye,'" Kim said. "And I hung up." Damn. As awkward as all of that sounds, any animosity between the longtime friends has since been entirely squashed.
Not only is Tyga still out here sending post-breakup love to his (allegedly) former partner, Blac Chyna decided to send a message of peace on Snapchat with a photo that showed just how dope forgiveness really is. As for the current state of ChyRo, the happily engaged couple is now expecting their first child together.
